Red River seeking Sr. Business Development Analyst, Federal Health

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, researches and performs initial qualification for Task Orders, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought notices issued by the Federal Government using a variety of opportunity portals such as FBO, eBuy and others.
  • Reviews, creates or updates pipeline and tools to support the operational component of the contracting lifecycle and to achieve best-in-class capabilities. Continually looks for ways to improve the pipeline development processes.
  • Participate in industry days, appropriate associations, and networking opportunities.
  • Perform initial competitive assessment, risk analysis and Bid/No-Bid recommendation for routine pipeline reviews.
  • Responsible for entering and updating opportunity data in the company’s CRM system.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains pipeline processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • BA / BS in business or any other related degree.
  • Must have 5-7 years of Business Development experience.
  • Government contracting and Federal Health/IT experience preferred.
  • Experience with current industry trends and the competitive environment.
  • Experience using SAM, GovWin and other research platforms.
  • Completed formal training in either the Shipley® methods or Shipley StrengthBased Winning® approach is a plus.
