HHS HRSA recruits new Deputy Chief Information Security Officer from USDA

Nick Lewis, a Cyber Security Professional who brings experience leading teams in policy implementation, risk assessment and technological mitigation of threats that face complex computing environments, has taken on a new challenge as a Deputy CISO with the Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). In this role he provides direct support to the CISO and is responsible for incident response team enhancement.

Prior roles include:

  • Information Technology Specialist – US Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service
  • Senior Cyber Security Engineer – Apextech
  • Senior Cyber Security Engineer – SRA International
