OptumServe taps former MEDCoE Commanding General to be Chief of Staff

Looking to leverage Patrick Sargent’s perspective gained through multiple tenures in CEO and COO civilian equivalent positions within the Army and Military Health Systems, to include experience providing P&L oversight of a $12.3 billion dollar global healthcare system, OptumServe has named this well-known leader to serve as a Chief of Staff.
