David Guillory, an experienced Senior Contracting Officer with a long and demonstrated history of working in the DoD, will bring the perspective he has gained in his recent role as a Warranted Contracting Officer for the Defense Health Agency Center for Health Information Technology Contracting at Joint Base San Antonio Texas, to this new position with the Defense Health Agency as Deputy Small Business Programs.
