The objective of this requirement is for a contractor to provide consultative expertise for the following:
Evaluation of the current processes used by DCPC to communicate with and oversee the PCSP;
Development of a clearly defined strategy with recommendations to help DCPC strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of its oversight in order to improve the provider experience.
