John (Jack) Magrane, COL (Ret) will bring the perspective he has gained as a Federal sales executive, and leadership experience gained on strategic assignments, to his new role as Vice President of Sales & Government Solutions for DHA/VA at OptumServe.
Specific experience includes improving market position by cultivating & securing business partnerships in the Federal Health Ecosystem of Defense Health and U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs, and leadership experience gained on strategic assignments within the Pentagon (Army, Navy, Air Force & Marines), Office of Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Army Staff, and numerous operational and tactical assignments across the globe.

- Managing Director, Federal Sales (business development – public sector) – InterSystems
