U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) RFI: IM/IT for Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC)

The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) on behalf of MEDCOM is soliciting comments from industry on their commercial insight, performance based solutions, best practices, and potential issues involved with providing Information Management/Information Technology Services (IM/IT) for Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA.

The contractor shall provide IM/IT Services to MAMC and its ancillary clinics within the South Puget area. Work shall be performed at MAMC or any of its outlying clinics. Services include, help desk operations, information assurance support, network administration, web development, Tier I and Tier II customer service support, network monitoring tasks and voice/video and data networks. Services also include, technical installations, operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software components supporting and defending the MAMC Local Area Network (LAN), and by extension, the Department of Defense (DoD) Non-secure Internet Protocol Network (NIPRNET) from unauthorized or inadvertent modification, disclosure, destruction, denial of service, and use in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense and components regulatory guidance.
