Asymmetrik seeking Government Healthcare Capture Manager for CMS, HHS and VA

“Asymmetrik is seeking an experienced Capture Manager with strong business development focus to join our growing Healthcare team. This position is responsible for new business development within the Government Healthcare IT sector, including opportunity identification and qualification, capture management, and proposal development.” 

“In this role, you will find, develop, and cooperate with system integrators on the capture of healthcare programs at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Veterans Affairs (VA), etc. You’ll need to have direct knowledge of key verticals that support the healthcare industry in Federal and State and Local Government.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing a capture strategy to achieve revenue goals and planned growth in line with Asymmetrik’s organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be strategic, highly self-motivated, and possess verifiable expertise in winning and capturing new business within the Government Healthcare IT sector.” 

“WHY WE SHOULD TALK: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • You have at least 10 years of sales/business development or related experience within the Government Healthcare (Federal/State) sector 
  • You have proven experience developing successful capture management plans, as well as developing strategic pricing and conducting Price-to-Win analysis 
  • You have excellent written, oral presentation, and communication skills; you’re comfortable and confident engaging with customers to build relationships …”
