Responsibilities:
- For this opportunity we are seeking an experienced client facing leader that would be responsible for a specific region advocating for roadmaps and strategies into the integrated enterprise plan and promoting the value of the electronic health record.
- You will play a critical role prioritizing client needs to support continuous improvement, managing client escalations, synchronizing seamless delivery for the benefit of the client, and providing post go live support.
- You will manage relationships and operations for the region and Cerner stakeholders while establishing and maintaining effective lines of communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of HCIT experience
- The successful candidate for this role will have ample experience in senior executive level engagements.
- Additionally, you will have expertise managing scope, project plans and deliverables for a sizeable client.
- We’re also looking for a candidate that has experience in application support or integrated technologies.
