“Responsibilities
- Translates clinical and organizational requirements into working components for the ancillary modules of the clinical research information system.
- Responsible for testing, training, and customer support services, which include the rigorous process for ensuring all system changes, are checked, recorded and acceptable to users and produce clinically sound data.
- Provides supervisory oversight to senior specialists with the responsibility for managing a broad array of clinical research information systems and projects.
- Oversees the development of policies and procedures to ensure information system reliability and accessibility, and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.
- Provides a critical liaison role with the clinical and research communities within the NIH intramural program.
