Act as a senior business leader responsible for managing programs and projects throughout the system delivery life cycle in the health market. Provide senior oversight and direction on technical management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Manage client relationships by building a rapport and directly interfacing with senior client technical and business executives. Drive business development for IT solutions across the Federal Health market space, lead capture and related proposal efforts with specific focus on VA and its operating divisions. Oversee and apply advanced comprehension of principles of information technology and data management to the advancement of life sciences research, advanced analytics, and digital healthcare solutions to address client business and operational needs. Leverage expertise in leading systems engineering, architecture design, software development and implementation to help architect and lead development of technical solutions for federal health clients. Build teams by hiring and developing top talent and build new business with clients in the health market.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with managing and leading the development of integrated hardware and software systems in a federal government or commercial entity, including a successful track record for designing, developing, and supporting business applications
- 10+ years of experience with driving business development efforts, including capture and proposal development for IT solutions in the Federal Government Health space with specific focus on VA and its operating divisions
