Former FDA CTO moves over to drive Architecture and Integration with the US Army

Farhan Khan, a strategic business and technical executive (CIO & CTO) with a record of saving millions in IT expenses by leveraging process re-engineering and business innovation and a track record of transforming enterprises through Information Technology bridging up the gap between technology and business, has taken on a new role developing the end-to-end network architecture, ensuring interoperability and supportability of Army architectures, and leading the planning, development, and implementation of the Army’s Enterprise Architecture.

Prior roles include:

  • Chief, IT Infrastructure Operations – Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – FDA
  • Director of Infrastructure – U.S. Department of Transportation
