“The purpose of this contract is to provide the operations and maintenance (O&M) support which includes technical, functional and business operations support. This requires functional and technical expertise in HHS’s Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)/Oracle Federal Financials Release 12.2.6, Oracle Hyperion 11.2.1.4, PRISM, Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS), Hyperion, Reporting in Qliksense and Qlikview, Consolidated Financial Reporting System (CFRS), Government wide Treasury Account Symbol Adjusted Trial Balance System (GTAS), Central Accounting and Reporting System (CARS) as well as audit and A-123 compliance.
The Contractor shall provide on-site information technology and business operations support for the organizations, applications and processes.
The Contractor is expected to bring personnel with the breadth and depth of knowledge to work across modules and functions in the UFMS, PRISM, Hyperion and FBIS environments.”
