Paradyme Management seeking Account Executive, HHS

“The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying IT related opportunities consistent with the competencies of Paradyme Management in the areas of Application Development and Modernization, Cloud Migration Services, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, and Enterprise Integration. Once an opportunity is identified and qualified, the Account Executive (AE) will work with a team of Capture and Proposal Development experts to submit a “winning” proposal.” 

“Responsibilities 

Task and Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • The position requires an individual to develop and maintain broad customer and partner relationships in the pursuit of new business/market opportunities. The position also requires extensive experience in business development and a proven track record of successfully closing large strategic business opportunities. 
  • The Account Executive (Director) – Department of Health and Human Services will be specifically responsible for: 
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the Department of Human Services (emphasis on CMS, FDA, and NIH). 
  • Developing and maintaining quality relationships with DH&HS (including key decision makers and executive management). 
  • Shaping opportunities. 
  • Developing and maintaining quality relationships with various partners, including next generation technology vendors. 
  • Formulating or supporting the communications and implementation of a business development, capture and proposal strategy that clearly highlights Paradyme Management’s value proposition and discriminators, and provides customers a clear and defensible justification for selecting Paradyme Management for award. 
  • Developing marketing strategies and providing input into market account plans (DH&HS)…”

“Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7- 10 years of hands-on experience in Federal Sales, Business Development and/or Strategic Capture focused on the Department of Health & Human Services (CMS, FDA and NIH preferred). 
  • Extensive background winning business focused on IT Services (Application Development and Modernization, Cloud Migration Services, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, and Enterprise Integration)…”
