Update: Recent VA Veterans Experience Office Chief of Staff lands at Medallia

Lee Becker, who most spent more than a decade serving VA, including most recently leading the development and reorganization of a new operating model and mechanism focused on the delivery of customer experience data, products, tools, and technology based on best practices in industry to support the modernization of the second largest agency in Government enabling 380K employees to improve the Veterans experience and increasing customer trust by 19% points, has taken on a new role as Solutions Partner with global pioneer and market leader in Experience Management, Medallia.

In his new role he will serve as the Customer Experience (to include Patient Experience and Employee Experience) Champion for Public Sector and Healthcare, enabling dedicated government and healthcare teams to improve the customer experience for the public to include citizens, patients, students, farmers, caregivers, warriors, Veterans, and more.
