“ProSphere is seeking a Vice President of Health Solutions. The Vice President of Health Solutions (HS) will oversee a portfolio of accounts including the Veteran Affairs and Defense Health Agencies. The HS VP will oversee and direct the overall mission and operations of the profit & loss (P&L) Division within the company. The HS VP collaboratively sets the strategy, supports the growth, and is responsible for the overall execution across the portfolio. The HS VP is accountable to the company’s executive management for client satisfaction, employee engagement, portfolio health, P&L and growth.”
“The successful candidate, working with the company’s Growth and internal Business Operations teams, is responsible for execution of all aspects of the business. The HS VP is the main corporate executive contact for clients and partners within the portfolio. He/She ensures adherence to the company’s Processes and Quality Management System; reports, tracks, and mitigates risks; and is responsible for the quality of staff within the team. The HS VP is a member of the Senior Management Leadership Team and reports to ProSphere’s Executive Vice President for Service Delivery.”

- Provides direction and oversight for all billable projects within the portfolio
- Serves as the point-of-escalation and relationship manager for clients and partners within the portfolio
- Builds a trusting professional relationship with all clients by understanding the clients’ requirements

“Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Enterprise IT Delivery Teams or 7 years with a master’s degree and a PMP; or equivalent military experience holding a minimal rank of LTC-05 in the Armed Forces; or minimum Federal Service Grade of GS15
- Must have relevant P/L Division experience as demonstrated by managing large projects and multiple direct reports; and managing no fewer than 10 concurrent projects
- Well-developed executive management and business skills
- P&L of $50 million or more…”
