“VA Office of Management, Financial Services Center requires a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Financial Management Solution (FMS) that will optimize processes for facilities, operating technologies and employees in order to efficiently manage employee locations, office moves, relocations, and consolidation of office space.”
“The Contractor shall also provide facilities management solution integration support, to include program initiation tasks, FMS setup and design, data migration, asset management, work order management, portal management, floor mapping, space and planned move management, user acceptance testing, production technical support, and training. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide FMS solution post production customer support and assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.”
