Laura (Steen) Starego, an industry leader with over 20 years of proven success in the IT industry, and who has been responsible for directing cross-functional teams in pursuit of Federal opportunities including experience managing a budget of $20M, a staff of 54, and a subcontractor team of 60+, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Capture Management at Cognosante.
