VetsEZ seeking Senior Government IT Healthcare Proposal Manager

“We are currently looking to fill a new Senior Proposal Manager position. This is a full time telecommute/remote position supporting our capture management team. The candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced proposal environment.”

“Responsibilities: 

  • Manage proposal schedule, kickoff, document templates, and color reviews. 
  • Lead and coordinate proposal document responses, including the organization of internal company resources to meet deadlines of submitting complex technical proposals 
  • Responsible for proposal quality, editorial quality, and compliance with RTEP instructions. 
  • Submission of proposals and RFI responses to ATOMS portal. 
  • Response to ATOMS Portal (Bid/NoBid)…” 

“Primary Requirements: 

  • Writing, editing, proofing skills, and attention to detail 
  • Previous experience in proposal writing required 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft applications 
  • Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and be deadline-oriented. 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ marketing experience in the government IT healthcare industry required…
