Support encompasses records lifecycle activities, quality control, DCC management, storage services, onsite DCC scanning, training, meta data management, information governance and records management.”

Business functions of the FDA pertain to human and animal pharmaceutical and biological drugs, animal feed, scientific research, food safety, medical devices, tobacco products, cosmetics and public health issues.”
“The scope of this IDIQ contract does not include information technology automation or software development and does not support FDA IT services.”
