- Oversee hiring and management for your team, including setting standards for leveling and performance, supporting staff growth, and driving accountability relative to expectations
- Assume leadership responsibility for all aspects of Nava’s finances, including strategic financial planning, accounting, benefits administration (AR/AP, bookkeeping, payroll, 401(k) administration), financial budgets and reporting at all levels, financial analysis (payroll allocation, cash management), invoicing, and banking

- Deep experience in end-to-end financial and business operations management at a 150+ professional services company, including strategic financial planning, managing cashflow, and designing scalable systems and processes
- Experience with the operations of fast-growing companies, with a bonus for experience with government contracting
- Experience leading the creation of systems and processes that successfully scale with a company over time
- Experience leading executive-level financial planning, and supporting strategic decision making with data
