Howard Green, a Management Executive with two and a half plus decades of experience in implementing Health IT solutions, has rejoined the Department of Veterans Affairs, as the Agency looks to leverage this leader’s recent experience with industry and his 20+ years spent with VA, to include serving as a Senior Manager within the Office of Enterprise Development responsible for the management of the Medical Care portfolio with an approximate annual budget of $350M.
