Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Halfaker Director for Capture Management, work as a Capture Manager to pursue opportunities within the Federal health and defense markets
- Lead all facets of the capture life cycle for complex and technical bids, including identifying clients’ most important requirements, developing the value proposition and supporting solutions, building a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid, and creation and recovery of capture and proposal artifacts
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep the business leadership team informed and engaged in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and industry partners
- Document and develop win themes, solutions, and story ideas in Capture Plan and lead Gate Reviews for assigned bids once they are qualified…
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- 10+ years of experience with IT management, capture, or business development
- 5+ years of experience with managing complex IT solutions for Federal government clients
