Handa (C|CISO, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) is a recognized Senior Operations Executive with extensive leadership experience and background in Operations, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Development and Services programs. He will oversee Oxley’s overall business operations, delivery, strategy and client implementations. Handa joins Oxley with over 17 years of experience spanning federal government organizations, including Department of Defense, Veteran Affairs and Department of Interior.
