- Lead capture and business development process to include customer contact, from opportunity identification through post-submittal, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, teaming strategy, negotiating teaming agreements, supporting proposal responses, etc.
- Performs competitive intelligence analysis, identify appropriate teammates and supports solution development (including technical, management and price-to-win)
- Lead and oversee cross-functional, matrixed capture and bid teams that may include project managers, solution architects, subject matter experts, subcontractors and analysts
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research using tools such as FPDS, USA Spending, FBO, GovWin, Exhibit 300s, customer forecasts and internal databases
- Develop strong understanding of both customer issues and Analytica’s information technology and consulting services so as to help align services to address their issues

“Required Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in federal government contracting
- Minimum 5+ years experience in federal government capture or business development
- Strong understanding of Federal Government procurement lifecycle, Requests for Proposals, Sources Sought, Request for Information and Proposal Responses
- Proven success in leading pursuit and capture of 30MM+ federal government contracts in management consulting, information technology, or managed services
