VA Veterans Experience Office (VEO) Multi-Channel Technology (MCT) directorate seeking Program Manager 

“Multi-Channel Technology (MCT) is a directorate in the Veterans Experience Office (VEO). As part of its focus, MCT provides VA employees with up-to-date tools to better serve Veterans, their families and other stakeholders like medical providers and Veteran Service Organizations. The Program Manager is responsible for planning and leading organization change management strategies to prepare, adopt and implement changes in organizational structure, culture and business practices within the VEO.”

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management strategies and efforts
  • Oversee studies to monitor impact of trends on service programs.
  • Oversee and plan research with representatives from the military and various government offices.
  • Formulate and implement policies and resources to meet program objectives.
  • Oversee provisions for technology, infrastructure, tools and other factors in the work environment to support the program’s efforts.

Requirements:

  • The Selective Placement Factor for this position is: Do you possess experience leading teams through large-scale organizational change efforts impacting 10,000+ people across geographically dispersed locations through the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for large scale complex technology projects?
  • You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-14 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
    • Experience leading/planning organization change management strategies to prepare, adopt and/or implement changes in organizational structure, culture and/or business practices including organizational readiness and preparation and/or stakeholder analyses, and/or communications planning, and/or human resources and training;
