Thomas Hodge, a business development professional who led capture efforts and management of multi-million dollar IDIQ contracts including in support of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) T4 NG, National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIO-SP3, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) SPARC, Army HR Solutions, and Navy SeaPort-e, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Business Development at PSI International.
