This Limited Source Justification (LSJ) is for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. 75N97019A00003, which is a bridge contract award to extend services provided under a previously issued BPA and awarded to ICF Incorporated.
This bridge is necessary to ensure continuity and avoid a lapse of service. The need for this action was due to the unprecedented circumstance of the National Library of Medicine’s (NLM) major reorganization. This BPA supports diverse tasks aligned with new and expanding Congressional mandates, changing policies and information technologies, expanding NIH research programs and NLM’s role in the NIH community.
A new competitive requirement will be solicited during FY20.
