CORMAC awarded Post-Acute Care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRP) subcontract

CORMAC is pleased to continue support the Post-Acute Care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRP) for the next 5 years. CORMAC has been awarded a subcontract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Post-Acute Care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRP). CORMAC will be a sub-contractor for Swingtech Consulting for this effort. The contract scope is to continue provide data analytic and technical support needed for five (5) Post-Acute Care (PAC) Quality Reporting Programs (QRP) as mandated under Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the IMPACT act. The 5 PAC QRPS include – The Home Health Agencies (HHA), Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCH), Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Hospices.
