Former Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) Commander to help lead the Medical Capability Development Integration Directorate

Bill Geesey, an executive Leader whose experience includes 10 Years in Progressive Executive Director Roles with Large Complex Healthcare Organizations and Financial Responsibility to $500M annually and 500+ employees and includes time spent directing the independent operational test and evaluation of medical and medical-related devices and systems in support of the Department of Defense acquisition process, has taken on a new role as the Deputy Director for the Medical Capability Development Integration Directorate.

Prior roles include:

  • President, Army Medical Department Board – US Army
  • Commander, United States Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) – US Army
  • Commander, Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (AFRIMS) – US Army
