“The Contractor shall provide development, maintenance and sustainment of an advanced medical cost management solution (AMCMS) that integrates financial management, medical management and data analytics to accurately forecast, monitor and control OCC’s medical services cost.”
“The Contractor shall provide healthcare actuarial and healthcare financial management services to support the identification, measurement and management associated with services provided and managed by OCC. Financial healthcare management services will include; asset management, liability management, valuation support, healthcare planning, organizational structure evaluation, development of policies and procedures, risk management assessments, and other healthcare analysis and studies.”
“The Contractor shall provide necessary training (development, delivery and updating) associated with the AMCMS solution and healthcare financial management practices.”
