VA seeking Program Manager for Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM)

This position is in the Operations Sub-Pillar of the Chief Medical Office (Pillar) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM), within the Office of the Deputy Secretary of VA (DEPSECVA).

Major Duties:

  • Address complex issues related to the deployment of the new EHR system on behalf of the CMO.
  • Provide executive leadership and direction to CMO offices and manages site deployment leads and teams involved in the EHR solution deployment activities.
  • Direct and facilitate the planning, acquisition, development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation of assigned components needed for CMO Deployment.
  • Provide senior level leadership support, program management, and direct unit managing the EHR System Deployment.
  • Lead, facilitate, or participate in meetings, conferences and discussions.
  • Serve as a liaison to Process Engineering, Technology and Integration Office (TIO) and the Chief Medical Informatics Office (CMIO) to ensure all deployment activities are on time and provide logistics support.
