Leidos taps Edouard Benjamin as new Vice President leading Government Health and Safety Solutions growth

Edouard Benjamin, an established Information Technology professional with a long history of supporting federal health agencies and in business development, financial management, talent acquisition, human resource management, contracts and subcontracts, as well as program execution, has taken on a new role as Vice President of Business Development, Government Health and Safety Solutions with Leidos.

In this role he will establish and manage customer relationships, manage the pipeline of opportunities for business growth and having an impact on health and safety outcomes in the operating divisions of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA), including CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, and others.

Prior roles include:

  • Vice President, FDA Programs Division – Leidos
  • VP for Program Management – Leidos
  • Program Director, AVP – SAIC
