Manish Merchant, whose extensive career with VA has included a series of progressively responsible roles including Chief for Primary Care and as CHIO with oversight of Innovations, Telemedicine, Analytics, and Medical Media, has taken on a new role supporting the Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM).
