“… HHS Chief Technology Office consultant Maia Laing reported Tuesday on an assessment of the Indian Health System’s IT needs. A survey of about 1,500 users of the IHS’s Resource and Patient Management System, which is derived from the VA’s VistA, scored the system poorly in most categories.
