Based on the market research and given that there is a reasonable expectation of competition between at least two capable Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) SDVOSBs, I have determined that the RTEP (T4NG-0439) will be released as an SDVOSB set-aside under the existing T4NG Prime contract vehicle.
