VA OI&T EPMO TRS is the domain management and review office for sustainment activities. All IT programs and projects are consolidated into four distinct domains – Health; Benefits/Appeals/Memorial Affairs; Corporate; and Enterprise Services – supported by Application Management Office and TRS’s Accreditation Service team. TRS enhances OI&T’s insight into project health and further integrates project delivery with the needs of our business organization partners, Veterans, and stakeholders.

The Contractor shall provide project and program management support for the TRS domains, Program/Projects, and Sustainment activities. Major work areas include:

  1. Monitoring and analysis of TRS domains
  2. TRS Strategy
  3. TRS architecture and planning support on an enterprise or individual project level
  4. Administrative support including meeting support and communications, technical writing, configuration management, onboarding, functional analysis, implementation management, schedule support, strategic analysis, engineering and technical support…
