Precise has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and aggressive BD and capture professional to help accelerate the company’s growth.
This position will support strategic capture efforts throughout the sales life-cycle, including developing customer intimacy, identifying and shaping opportunities, analyzing competitive landscape, developing strong and productive teaming relationships, etc.
This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development.
Requirements:
- Five to 10 years’ business development and capture experience in the federal market, specifically with medical/healthcare-related organizations. This includes the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its components (CMS, CDC, FDA, NIH, HIS, etc.), as well as other medical organizations such as the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
- Relevant, current industry experience and strategic technical insight to assist in penetrating target markets
- Complete understanding and experience in identifying and developing winnable opportunities and a proven track record in developing new business for a high-technology, software services-based company
- Extensive network of business contacts in two or more of the markets mentioned
- Pipeline development and management skills
- Proven track record of business development, including proposal development for complex systems
