Felipe Pech brings his more than 10 years of combined experience in the Federal Government, research, and consulting, including experience managing records management programs throughout major Federal agencies and subordinate reporting commands, change management, electronic records management, FOIA, Separating Employee content capture, and declassification of Federal records, to his new role as Director for the Issuances, Records and Information Systems Group at CMS.
