VA to award sole source GRIT Mobile Application pilot contract

VA intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to International Business Machines (IBM).

The proposed action is to conduct a pilot for the purposes of field testing the Getting Results in Transition (GRIT) mobile application, a technology-based companion application that addresses the use case of employment by providing Service members and Veterans access to resources to assist with employment and overall wellness resources including mental health.  The Contractor shall setup tests environments, plan and conduct the field test, host the GRIT Software as a Service (SaaS) mobile application, provide field test support to test participants, and summarize and closeout the field test.  The period of performance is six months from date of award.
