Thomas Muir, who most recently served as VA’s Associate Executive Director for Acquisition Program Support driving the full range of mission support services focused on acquisition workforce development and credentialing, enterprise acquisition program management and business transformation, and revolving fund management, has taken on a new role as Director at Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), the designated shared services provider for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Department of Defense component.
