Andrew McIlroy, who previously served as VA’s Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget and before that managed the development and execution of the budget for the Farm Service Agency at the US Department of Agriculture, has taken on a new challenge as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget.
