The Contractor shall be responsible for the creation, maintenance, enforcement, analysis and updates of the Standards and Governance established by the current DTC and provide technical and operational support to the DTC for SaaS, PaaS, and emerging technologies.
The Contractor shall also provide system integration services to support all aspects of the DTC including project management, security and compliance, platform management, intake, communications, license management, sustainment, and end user support.
