OM1 has been awarded a $2.6M contract related to this project to address the barriers cited by registries and demonstrate feasibility and value by incorporating data collection in a way that fits into the workflow of busy practices and facilitates communication between specialists and primary care related to patient centered outcome measures in five different clinical areas (atrial fibrillation, asthma, depression, lung cancer and lumbar spondylolisthesis) in an existing Patient Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (PCORTF) funded project.
