OIT is currently in Phase One for transitioning all agency voice, data and Co-located Hosting Services (CHS) from Networx, Washington Interagency Telecommunications Systems 3 (WITS 3), and Regional Local Service Agreement (LSA) contracts to three new Task Orders (TOs) on General Services Administration’s (GSA’s) Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) contract.
Phase Two will execute the transition of current VA CHS, data, and voice services currently provided under Networx, WITS, and Regional LSAs over to the EIS provider. VA requires support for the transition of these services under this PWS effort.
The Contractor shall provide Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Analysis, and Administrative tasks in support of EIS transition activities. Duties include Intake and Transition Management, Service Request and Order Submission, Vendor Coordination and Installation, Service Disconnection, Billing and Invoice Analysis, Inventory Management, and Problem Resolution functions required for Data, Voice, and CHS telecommunications transition.
