The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity is to provide administrative and technical services to the HRSA Office of Federal Assistance Management (OFAM), Division of Independent Review (DIR) for the federal grant objective review process. The Contractor shall support HRSA in its mission to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative programs.
