Richard Frieman, an Experienced IT Professional, Account Manager and Business Development Manager with a history of working in the IT and healthcare industries, has taken on a new role with IBM as Client Executive for CMS. In his new role, Richard will help drive all IBM activities (hardware, software, GBS/Business Development) and Watson Health for The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
