RFI: CMS Systems Information Integration tool

This system aims to be a customer-friendly interface for CMS internal stakeholders (CIO, Business Owners, System Owners, or Navigators) to integrate CMS systems information from disparate data sources on to a single platform. The goal is to consolidate and present data at a high level as well as be able to drill-down if needed, and provide other channels or dashboards that have more detailed features and/or information. One of the views will provide stakeholders with a good idea of next steps to follow in their System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), (i.e. CMS’ Target Life Cycle (TLC)), including reference to other channels or resources to find more detailed information or to obtain additional services for support and/or guidance when needed. The purpose is to meet the expectations of stakeholders by connecting systems information and providing a more integrated and unified customer service experience.

CMS intends to build a Minimally Viable Product (MVP) based on the program objectives, built in a flexible way to accommodate future enhancements which align with the product roadmap. Additionally, CMS will define baseline key results for each objective to measure success. After an initial MVP delivery, features and functionality will be built until a fully operational system is delivered (as determined by CMS).

Following the delivery of a fully operational system, CMS intends to mature the product(s) to achieve success based on the established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for subsequent requirements.
