Atlas Research is currently seeking an experienced, intelligent and motivated Vice President to lead and expand our efforts in research and evaluation. The overall purpose of the position is to provide leadership excellence in directing projects, managing staff, capturing business, and providing thought leadership for a growing a portfolio of research and evaluation work. The Vice President will also provide thought leadership, high-level advice, and strategic direction for overall organizational health and growth.
Candidates must be highly motivated, creative and strategic thinkers, goal-oriented, well organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments and handle tasks in a positive, timely manner in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also be capable of selecting, directing, motivating, and developing staff and consultants while establishing and advancing an organizational infrastructure to support the division’s growing research and evaluation capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and grow the corporate portfolio by providing strategic direction, vision, leadership, and program management in meeting Atlas’ corporate mission and objectives.
Contribute knowledge and expertise in research and evaluation methods and processes.
Lead the Research and Evaluation Service Line by setting long-term goals, cultivating a productive work environment, and providing team development via coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.
Provide quality control, supervise project staff, and implement financial controls across a variety of quantitative and qualitative projects.
