VA issues RFI for EDI Transactions Application Suite

The Contractor shall provide project management, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, release support, warranty and documentation for requirements supporting the OCC EDI TAS Program. The Contractor’s development team(s) shall deliver viable digital solutions in support of CC systems business requirements, objectives, and mandates in existing and new systems to support claims and supporting functionality CC.

The software engineering services resulting from this Task Order (TO) require deep knowledge of Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Integrated Billing (IB) modules, interdependencies and expertise modifying Massachusetts General Hospital Utility Multi-Programming System (MUMPS) code and JAVA code.  Expertise with multiple external applications and environments such as, but not limited to, the VA Enterprise Cloud (both Microsoft Azure Government (MAG) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)) and those at the VA Financial Services Center (FSC), Austin Automation Center (AAC), healthcare billing clearinghouses, Information Assurance applications and/or insurance companies may be required.
